This website

No cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts, no external fonts. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, page requested) for 14 days for security, then deletes them (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

The site check

When you check a website, we store the address you typed, the result and your IP address for 90 days to prevent abuse and to improve the check. We only read the public home page of the site you entered.

Forms

When you send us a request, we use your name, e-mail, website and message only to reply to you (art. 6(1)(b)) and keep them for up to 24 months.

Businesses we contact

We look at public business websites and write once to the generic contact address the business publishes (e.g. contact@). We keep the business name, website, that address and our findings, on the basis of legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)). Reply “no” or write to us and we stop and delete these data.

Clients

When you order, we process your name, company details and messages to perform the contract and keep invoices as required by law. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Access you give us to your website is removed at the latest 7 days after delivery.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection, portability: write to contact@adcow.eu. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local authority (in France, the CNIL).
